Prime Core
The magnetic core is built up from Prime high quality CRGO generally M4Grade. MOH, M1H, HIB Grade. Laminations are coated with oil and heat resistant insulation. Laminations are free from Burs, generally mitred, cut and annealed if required in continuous annealing furnace for uniform heat treatment to minimize the stresses developed if any during cutting, cutting and punching. The construction is only through interleaved mitred joints to have uniform Flux density, minimum excitation power and minimum core loss. We are directly importing Prime core to ensure quality and have direct Tie Ups with the CRGO Manufacturers through out the world like POSCO, THYSSEN, AK STEELS, NIPPON, JFE & Others. JAYBEE Group of Industries has got its own Slitting & Cutting Line for processing CRGO in house to ensure the best quality products in the minimum lead time. CRGO is purchased in the form of mother coils which then processed as per design through the Slitting & Cutting Line.
